You said: The WaMu travesty is simply NOT over until the (R) Receivership is resolved and terminated...AND YOU?

My understanding is that our "event" is closed as of the end of April 1st. As well there's no one left around in any capacity to represent us so any "automated function" via the DST, Compushare, etc. if those functions do not generate any level of a payout and thus has not happened by then it means to me the following:
a. There was never any funds left for or available to our specific escrow account numbers via P's, K's and Q's
b. Any funds are that was sitting within the DST waiting to be paid out to us have been taken by someone else and we have no legal recourse (per the timely signed Escrow docs, we released any right to legally pursue a lawsuit)
c. We, the escrow holders perceived there was much more $$ into the real value of these assets (and the ability to be paid at some point) then were truly worth and or reality of such a payout.

So to answer your question, if we see nothing by 4/1 then IMO its over, we get nothing.
However based on all my yrs on this if we are to be paid it would be now, within this time frame more then any other within the BK so I "hope" for a payout but with zero concrete evidence of that happening every day that goes by we come closer to the end, and for what its worth I am glad as I want closure.
